Throughout Mr. Poynter’s nearly 30 year career, he has been involved in virtually every aspect of the commercial real estate business, including expertise in tenant representation, owner representation, development, property management, construction management, project management, acquisitions and interior construction, to name but a few.
Mr. Poynter has exclusively represented clients in transactions as large as 684,000 square feet and ran a marketing program that successfully concluded in excess of 17,000,000 square feet of lease transactions, which included office, retail, medical, industrial and yard facilities. He has been involved in the development of planned office complexes slated for over 2,000,000 square feet of high profile corporate facilities and has personally concluded more than 4,000,000 square feet of lease transactions for local, regional, national and international clients.
Mr. Poynter has been involved in the ownership of approximately $ 230,000,000 of commercial real estate in the past 12 years and has run management operations that were responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate assets.

Mrs. Tobolka has over 30 years experience in various industries, including nearly two decades in commercial real estate. Mrs. Tobolka has assisted in virtually every aspect of PCP’s commercial real estate ventures and has been a valued team member in the completion of more than 1,500,000 square feet of commercial lease transactions valued at more than $300,000,000 and over $130,000,000 of development.
Her attention to detail and ability to coordinate, organize and manage multiple projects play a vital role in the day-to-day operations and successes of PCP.
Cris McGinnis
Facilities Administrator
Mrs. McGinnis joined PCP in 2000 with an expanded role that included the participation in securing over $300,000,000 in leases, development, and management of commercial real estate transactions on behalf of both PCP and PCP’s thirdy party clients. Mrs. McGinnis’s experience includes financial and competitive analysis, research, planning, budgeting, management, accounting and project development.
Additionally, Mrs. McGinnis has an extensive background and experience with Information Technologies (IT), graphic design and in-depth presentation capabilities, all serving to enhance the array of services provided to PCP clients to facilitate their objectives.
